We took a slightly different route then planned & stopped for lunch at a family restaurant in Cardston, Alberta. We were in the truck for quite some time up to this point. Ironically, the first person we speak to is the restaurant owner, who was........Mexican! He was super friendly & gave us lots of great advice, making us even more excited about our trip. We were pleasantly surprised that the restaurant was Mexican, so we ordered the quesidilla & burrito but held back
on the Margarita's....for now. We crossed the US border at a very small crossing &breezed right through. The drive was very dull but the kids did exceptionally well as Trae thought the wind power towers were cool. They watched a bit of movies and lots of activities and we even managed to complete Kiah's first day of home school (RV School). We are now at a hotel in Grand Falls Montana this evening and plan on having another long day of driving tomorrow.Cheers to all!!!
